What should my kids wear for the shoot?

I always suggest bright plain coloured clothing and jeans for shoots, I dont normally do kids in their “sunday best” I always say to keep it casual especailly for on location shoot. I love accessories like hats, scarfes and gloves for the chilly months of the year. The more kids the simple the clothes should be, white and denim is great.

I also encourage parents to bring props along to the shoot, like dress up outfits, bubbles and your childrens favourite toys.

 

 

 

 

Can I reschedule my session if my kids are unwell?

Yes you can reschedule you will not lose your sitting fee as long as you contact me 48 hours before the session is meant to take place.

 

 

 

 

 

How long does it take before I get to see the photos from my session?

I always make sure that each image is individually crafted and retouch to perfection so it is normally a 2 week waiting period before you are able to view your images. I will contact you as soon as they are ready to let you know the client login number and password.

 

 

 

 

 

How do I place my order?

The ordering process details are available to clients with galleries. The details are at the beginning of your gallery. Your gallery can be accessed with the password I give you once your gallery is ready to view.

 

 

 

 

How long are the images from my session available to view and purchase?

You have 3 weeks to place your order, after then your client login will be removed from the website.

 

 

 

 

 

Do you delete the images after the session or can I reorder at a later date?

I never delete any of my files, everything gets archived. So if you would like to purchase additional prints after 3 week period you are given to order you can but only second orders will be taken, first orders must be made before the 3 week period.

 

 

 

 

Can I purchase digital files?

I dont sell digital files, the quality of my products is just as important to me as a great shot. I maintain quality control over all my images because so many labs produced below average prints I dont want my professional shots to look average. I print all my work at a professional lab thats has my colour, contrast and tonal settings set up so all the skin tones and colours are printed correctly. S I am a perfectionist and want all my work to be consistant and look the best it possible can.

I do sell DVD slideshow presentations that can be played as a movie on your tv or computer. That can be purchased individually or at a discount with prints or packages.
